Loved "No Religious Preference"
I heard Kyle Hartnett interviewed today on KQED's The California Report, and came to the site to view the documentary.
It's truly moving. I love Kyle's honesty and authenticity, and the simple humanity that emerges out of his willingness to confront his own prejudice. In my opinion, that's where it starts: You can't harangue anyone else about their own bigotry and narrow-mindedness until you look your own squarely in the eye. Kyle Hartnett did, and he's a better man for it. And I'm a better man for seeing this video. I highly recommend it to anyone who cares about America and our relationship to the Muslim world.
Kyle, you have a gift for the documentary format. You've got something to say, and the world needs to hear it. Bless you.
